General Information:

• Our guest room is furnished to a high standard with fresh flowers, soft linen and towels.
• Rooms are available from 3pm (unless otherwise requested) on the day of arrival and check out is 11am on the day of departure.
• A 10% non refundable deposit is payable upon confirmation of your booking.
• No smoking in the rooms.
• Private parking within our grounds.

Notes & Disclaimer
The property has its own private water supply, although natural spring water we advise guests to boil the water first or drink bottled mineral water provided.

Please note the property has a swimming pool, a woodland stream and a fishing lake, therefore children should be supervised at all times. The owners will not accept any liability or responsibility.
